Is do iuxta civitatem Briggobhainn cellam quae dicitur scotice Ceall-na-marbhan, id est cella mortuorum (ASH 615.18 anno1645), ní foláir, a thagraíonn an Paorach sa mhéid seo: Ceall-na-Marbhan is evidently the present Kildrum - situated according to Colgan, on the confines of Decies and Fermoy. (Power 1932 22) Buanaíonn sé an ceangal sa ghiota seo a leanann, agus tógann air beagán: Ceall Droma (CrC 174.5, supra), now Kildrum where a famous church was founded by St. Abban. The site of this religious establishment is indicated by a large double-ramparted and circular entrenchment crowning the most conspicuous elevation of the townland on Robinson’s farm. St. Abban’s holy city here was called Cill na Marbhán (Power 1932 81.46). Is ar éigean atá oiread sonraí treo agus suímh tugtha i gcás Ceall-na-Marbhan de, áfach, is a cheadódh ceangal uathoibritheach le Kildrum, bíodh gur léir ar a chomhthéacs gurb as ceantar seo Bhrí Ghabhann dóibh araon agus in ainneoin chosúlacht naa foirme,
