"Pinkman: Druimne = Ridges, or a long hill. Druimne might be an early form of the plural, but I think that here it is more likely a diminutive form of druim, with much the same meaning. Diminutive forms do not always express diminutive ideas. (Compare, Joyce, Place-Names, Vol.II, Diminutives) There is Druimne-mór in Aughavas Parish."
