According to the complaint of Bartholomew Dardiz, cousin and heir of Walter Dardiz, execution has not yet been made of the judgement in the action before Robert Bagod and his fellow justices of the Dublin bench between Walter and Thomas Dardiz that Thomas should warrant Walter 12m rent in Tristerkeran. ORDER to search the rolls of the said Robert which are in their custody in the treasury and send the record and process of the action to the justices of the Dublin bench without delay so that judgement may be executed.1 (Cal.
