"The ô Relys ... spoke of lawes to be made that the English tongue should not be spoken ... & that all the names given to Lands or places should be abolished, & the ancient names restored: The Earle of ffingall asked the deponent what was the ancient name of Virginia he answered Aghanure (as he remembered). The Earle then said that must be the same name againe."
