Appointment, under queen's instructions, 7 May, xii., English, of Rosse M'Goghegane; to be seneschal of the country of Kenalagh or M'Goghegan's country, now named the barony of Moycasshell in the co. Westmeath ; and grant to him of 34 ploughlands in Moycasshell, Kiltobber, Rathhey, Conaght and Ballyvickyver, Monyrahy, Killcloghan, Lohirtane, Ballyndornoregh, Ballyvickaghan, Rowilfenne, Ballealaban, Gnyvebracke, Brackcaghre, Ballannurchire, Gnyvekyell. Fiermore, and Ballycallaghan, Kilchromereragh, Killchonhy, Drommore, Rathdrissoge, Ballyrihy, Ballivicgilleroye, Ballyvickonyll, Clonyhege, Garhiballehowat, Dromnynekryve, Adamstone, and Kylbride, all lately appertaining to the captaincy of the country, and all other lawful rights and appurtenances of the captain and tanist.
