5734 (6289.) Indenture between the crown and John Rauceter, of Rathemaknee, co. Wexford, infant. Recites that by an inquisition (Exch. Wexford, Eliz., No. 65) taken on the death of Thomas Rawceter, the queen's title had been found to the wardship of the lands of Ratlimaknee, Walshestone, and others, which finding Rauceter traversed. A lea.-^e is made to him (pending the decision of the traverse) of the lands, excepting the dowers of Constance Stafford and Anstace Synnot, and leases of Knockanegall and [ ]. Signed John Rauceter.
