The Parishes of Monamohenog and Ballaghmoon. I[OD] am of opinion that these were originally one Parish and called Mughna Mo Shenog. The district seems to have been called Mughna and an ancient road which passed threough the south part of it Bealach Mughna or the or the Pass of Mughna
