Lochan Ná Súl [sic]
There is a lake between the Townlands of Curnamucalough (Parish Killadoon) Cuimín in Kilmacallen Parish and Tully and Ballinfull in Killadoon Parish, called Locan Ná Súl from a Giant called Balra Béimin, who, from his Súil (eye) dropped a tear on the spot, which tear became converted into a lake. They call his eye "Súil Balra" which is a traditional cant. 242
