Cill Gharraidh Londrais, "the Church of Garrylander, or the Field or Garden of Landers ..."
Is in Irish Cill Gharraidh Londrais which means the Church of Garrylander, or the Field or Garden of Landers, a family name of English origin. Nothing now remains of the old Church of this Parish but the west gable and twenty four feet of the length of the South wall. A pattern was formerly held at this Church on the eleventh of February, but no Saint is remembered at present.

Próiste na Cille
Paróiste Chill Gharraidhe an Lóndraigh: 'Próiste na Cille' is gnáth a rádh leis agus 'thoir ar a' gCill'. Tá sean-ionad cille sa pharóiste agus is ann atá reilig an pharóiste. Níor airigheas ainm aon naoimh ar leith ar an reilig féin. Tá ionad na Lóndrach gairid don reilig agus an ainm Cill Gharraidhe an Lóndraigh ar an mbf. Uaidh sin a cuireadh an ainm ar an bPar. 'Keel' a tugtar sa Bhéarla ar an bPar. agus ar an mbf. Bhí áitreabh ag Lóndrach san áit agus tá ionad a áruis le haithint ann. “De Lóndra” atá mar shloinne Gaedhilge ar an gcine sin, agus ta cuid aca fós i gCiarraighe agus go mór mór i gCorca Dhuibhne. 'Landers' atá sa Bhéarla ortha. Féach Keel [bf]. (An Seabhac)
