"Arch. Survey Mansion. In a low-lying position close to the River Rinn. Part of the W stepped gable and the ground-floor fireplace of a two-storey building survives. Traditionally it is associated with Boyle Abbey, Co. Roscommon but nothing remains which can date the structure closely, although it may be 17th-century (214)."
