Tagann foirm 1518–19 ‘Baly Conlyn’ Kildare Rental 287 (leg. ‘Baly Coulyn’) le fuaimniú an lae inniu 2006 /baliˑˈkuːlin/ agus le formhór na bhfoirmeacha stairiúla eile (m.sh. 1551, 1558, 1612, 1659, srl.).
