In response to a writ of certiorari addressed to the T. and barons concerning the taking into the K.'s hand of 1 messuage, 1 carucate of land and 1 water-mill that belong to Thomas Dylon and Isabelle his wife in Casteltoun Taueragh,1 co. Meath, the K. has been informed that it was found by an inquisition taken before Robert Crull, formerly T. of Ire., and others appointed to inquire [etc.], that Simon Penteney, son and heir of Simon Penteneye senior, was lately seised in his demesne as of the fee of the said messuage [etc.] which are a parcel of the manor of Taueragh (Cal.
