Because it was agreed by the Jcr and others of the K.'s council in Ire. that a COMMISSION should be granted to Edward and Robert of all the lands and tenements, with appurtenances, that belonged to Simon Cusak kt in Tury; and also custody of two thirds of the lands and tenements, with appurtenances, that belonged to Simon in Ryngerestoun, Balymaglassan, […] Eghterillagh and Clanlewyn; and also custody of all the lands and tenements, with appurtenances, that belonged to Simon in Pilettestoun, and two thirds of the lands and tenements, with appurtenances, that belonged to Simon in Odonelestoun, and a parcel of the land, with appurtenances, in Balicurhaun, which belonged to Simon and which Simon leased to Richard Plunket and Margaret his wife and to Robert Barnewalle chaplain at a term of 13 years.
