To the provost of Achonry (Akaden.), and John Ohara and Donatus Omirachan, canons of the same. Mandate, as below. The recent petition of Ludovicus Oconnochan, priest, of the diocese of Achonry, contained that lately, on the voidance of the perpetual vicarage of the parish church of Clonneochille in the said diocese by the resignation of Thomas Macbreim extra R.c. to Bernard, the present bishop of Achonry, the said bishop made collation and provision of it to the said Ludovicus, in virtue of which he obtained the said vicarage, and is now in possession of it. The said petition adding that he doubts whether the said collation and provision hold good, the pope hereby orders the above three to collate and assign to the said Ludovicus, who holds a canonry of Achonry, the said vicarage, with cure and value 5 marks sterling.
